Spanish lessons online

Once you select your teacher when you schedule your lesson, you will see the teacher’s Skype ID displayed. Please add it to your Skype contacts.

Our main office is in San Salvador, El Salvador. All our teachers work remotely from the comfort of their homes. In this way we´re able to keep contact with our students all around the world.

We normally use Skype, but if the student prefers, we can conduct the lessons through Zoom. You should notify customer service of your preference before the first lesson to let your teacher know.

Create an account and you will receive credit for a free lesson. After scheduling and taking your free demo session, you can head over to the purchase page and immediately start using your time in the way that is most convenient for you.

You can schedule sessions from half an hour onwards. Depending on your availability, schedule, and preference, you can schedule as many 30-minute sessions as you would like.

We have a curriculum that our teachers can follow as a guide for your learning process, but they will customize it based on your learning goals, needs, preferences, etc. They may use other materials to help you.

That is something each student will decide. Usually, sticking with the same teacher may help to bring continuity to the learning process, but you can also try different teaching styles.

Yes, we do teach children from the age of 7 and up. Of course, you can contact us for advice if the child is younger than that age.

Yes, Pagadito offers a host of online payment gateways that enable our users to complete the financial transaction online safely and in a hassle-free style. Transactions are certified by SecureTrust.

You can cancel and / or reschedule a lesson 12 hours in advance. If an extreme emergency situation arises, please contact customer service for an alternative solution.

Lessons can be scheduled at a time and day that suits you best. Many students, however, prefer a fixed schedule--that depends on each student.

Terms and Conditions

Torogoz.academy is a website operated by Torogoz Language Academy. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications. Torogoz.academy provides services for learning the Spanish language online and/or in person through Torogoz Language Academy Spanish School in Guatemala and El Salvador. Users can purchase online lessons through the website using Pagadito, powered by The Pagadito Group, Complete e-commerce solutions. All purchases of hourly packages are valid for 1 year. Any number of expired hours may be restored with the purchase of an amount equal to or greater than the expired amount.

Registration

People over 18 years of age and / or minors who have the capacity to acquire rights and contract obligations by themselves may register but with permission of a parent or guardian. They must complete the corresponding form and be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and for restricting access to their computers, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their accounts or passwords. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Torogoz Language Academy is not responsible for the accuracy of Personal Information provided by its Users, so it is the Users who guarantee and respond, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of personal information entered. Torogoz Language Academy is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion. Torogoz Language Academy does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You can delete your account with Torogoz.academy at any time. To do so, just log in to your account and go to the profile page.

We offer full refunds for any purchases if the cancellation is made within three (3) days of the payment. To ensure that a refund is made, you should send an email to service@torogoz.academy, notifying us of your recent cancellation. You can also request a refund for unused hours up to sixty (60) days after the purchase is made.

Lessons may be canceled without any surcharge 12 hours in advance by the student. No refund will be made when the student has missed his or her lesson due to technical problem on his or her side or due to sudden changes in his or her schedule. In case of illnesses or unforeseen events that entail the impairment of the physical integrity of the students for which they cannot attend their lessons, they may be considered eligible to submit a request for reimbursement for consideration and the student will be informed of the resolution within the following seven (7) days. The request must be submitted via email to service@torogoz.academy.

Changes to Terms

Torogoz Language Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Torogoz.academy is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
